Terms of Performance Partnership

Welcome to Digital Makeover. By partnering with our agency or submitting a makeover application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Performance Partnership Scope

For selected early-stage businesses, initial strategy fees and basic website setup fees are waived. The client remains responsible for direct costs including domain registration, web hosting, direct advertising spend on Meta/Google, and physical production costs.

2. Creative Work & Success Share

Specialized graphic design, video studio shoots, and intensive production work are billed on transparent project rates. Success or performance fees apply strictly to attributable online sales generated through engineered funnels.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of agreed project terms, all final logos, brand guidelines, visual assets, and website code belong to the client business.
